Maybe it's too early to say as I've only recently joined, but must say in my experience so far staff in-game seems friendly, mature & easy to approach. Never a problem to help you out with issues or answer your questions. I don't sense any sort of elitist/arrogant attitude amongst staff members either, which used to be the standard for most staff team settings back on various SAMP RP servers. Good job!
