Please, just think of the fun vs. bullshit aspect of it though, if you want to brainstorm or implement something like that.

 

Queuing for hours and filling forms is one of the less interesting things you can get to do IRL. There is NO REASON it will be any more interesting on GTAW (or anywhere, for that matter). Again, implementing some things to make high-end cars upkeep more expensive, why not, but don't make the game more tedious for everyone in the process ^^

Never mentioned anything about forms? The whole thing should be done IG through commands/menus.

You didn't, I know, don't worry ^^ But let's say some people love it when it's horribly tedious ("but realistic") and we end up with atrocious processes that make you go on 5 different forums and all that. Since that stuff would affect everyone who owns a car, I'd try to steer extremely clear of that is all.
