Katashi Mishi
STORY: Spoiler Chapter One: The story of Extreme Racing League started over five years ago in Japan. It was formed by a group of friends who loved to race on the old roads located at Mount Fuji. This exciting races started to gather more and more fans, and in only a couple of months racing crews started to show up. This "sport" got so many people felling in love for it that hundreds of people every Saturday gathered at the top of the mountain just to see the races. Katashi Mishi was one of thefans. He loved the power of sports cars and he knew that someday he would be the one behind the wheel of a machine like that. Chapter Two: Katashi knew a crew leader, Takumi Fujiwara and asked him for a try on his crew. At his first try he joined his first crew, Project D. This crew was led byTakumi Fujiwara and Takeshi Nakazato at the time. There were some signs of Katashi being a skilled racer but those were the first times he started racing so obviously the number of mistakes he did was tremendous, not to mention that he recently moved in town and his skill was not that great so shortly after joining he got kicked out of the crew. Chapter Three: Katashi felt pretty bad not being able to succeed in this crew. So he went back to town to build a racing car and to start his own racing crew. However he needed the money to build his race car first, after the hard work he finally bought a new sultan and build it properly to be the fastest vehicle in the whole League, however that was not the case. Shortly after a couple of races, he realized that the racers got a whole lot faster and that what earlier was fast is now barely a standard. He was still winning some of the races but it was not enough for him to be among the best at least. He needed someone who could help him win more races and to make him even a faster racer. That's when he met Stephen Amell. Together they started a racing crew called WAA. Chapter Four: Katashi with the help of Amell trained hours, weeks and months on the tracks... going up and down all the time it became insane at that point considering how much training they had to put in but it paid off, WAA finally became the best on any track. However the League by this time was going through a rough time. It's owner Mario Borelli was going through some serious health problems and had no conditions to continue the administration of this League. He asked in his last moments to meet the best crew he had under his League, and asked Katashi and Amell to meet him, since they were the crew leaders of WAA. In this meeting Mario was already in a near death state and he told Katashi that the League was going to be shut down. He asked Katashi and Amell to be the ones leading the fate of Extreme Racing League. Katashi and Amell were shocked but they accepted the challenge. Chapter Five: With the death of Mario Borelli all of the racing crews left the League and it ended up to be the last time people on Japan has ever heard of the Extreme Racing League. Katashi and Amell were very disappointed for not being able to continue Mario's last wish and they break apart, moving in different ways. Amell became real estate agent and stayed in Japan. However Katashi never forgot the passion and the love that he had for sports cars and for the races, so he moved to Los Santos. In an attempt to fulfill Mario Borelli's last wish he started the Extreme Racing League in a small alley near Los Santos Custom's with nothing but his sultan and his expertise in racing and mechanics. Now nearly five years later Katashi feels excited for chasing his old dream and to be the re-creator of what was once the best racing league in the world, the Extreme Racing League.
