Parking Tickets

There needs to be some way we can give someone a parking ticket without them either being online or being near their vehicle. At this current moment /fine requires you to be in a certain range - but if you are ticketing someone's vehicle it becomes an issue if they're not nearby.

 

Edit: If you're gonna respond with we shouldn't do this due to desync save your time because we already give out the tickets. This suggestion is for a better system not permission to do so.

No way, although the desync has improved slightly after the open beta, it's still nowhere near the point where we could implement this. Desync a lot of times messes up and your properly parked car sometimes shows up very differently on someone else's screen. Maybe when the sync is better, sure!

Good idea, poor timing in my book. I've heard of people finding a vehicle parked on their screen completely 90 degrees a different direction the how it was parked. Especially after coming out of interiors.

Yup, people will be getting so many tickets for no reason, might even get reports against LSPD and so on. It's a no from me, 100%.

Not now at least, if gtmp fixes their sync or at least that vehicle sync, good idea, right now, no.

Just 2 days ago, after I got out of the Casino, I found my Penumbra in the middle of the road. It is DEFINITELY NOT where I left it :p 

So while that functionality could be cool in theory, in practice it may simply increase the power of annoyance PD has (not power of creating RP, not power of creating storylines, ... just mere power of annoyance).
