Red-Panda
So I noticed this whilst doing the courier job the other day, currently, when you are driving you don't actually know what the speed limit is on the roads. Therefore it can be very easy to even go slightly over. The issue with this is if you're trying to obey the road laws, and still get pulled over for breaking the speed limit, you don't have anything to let you know the rule is being broken (Hopefully that makes sense). Even if the speedometer goes red when your speed is going over, with a small number next to it which shows the actual road speed, it'll make things a lot simpler. I know in real life we don't have this, but what we do have are clearly labelled signs that we see constantly, and most of it is common knowledge. This may be an IC issue in regards to being pulled over by the police, but this suggestion not only helps those who want to play legal, avoid going over speed limit (Such as going 40 in a 30 zone which can be quite easily done), but also reduces the risk of people driving crazily because hey they don't know the speed limit so let's just drive at whatever speed. JimmyCZ
Rukka will be adding the speed limits into the vehicle code, he knows about it. 1 Link to comment
Red-Panda
Just now, JimmyCZ said: Rukka will be adding the speed limits into the vehicle code, he knows about it. Awesome, I just realised yesterday when I was casually doing a courier job whilst watching a car drift around corners at high speeds. 1 Link to comment
JimmyCZ
Moved to forwarded suggestions. We had a chit chat with Rukka yesterday and he said he has to implement that. Thank you for the suggestion :) 1 Link to comment
