You have 6 managers not just one:

  • Nervous is overall founder/manager.
  • Hemmax is manager of the staff team with Assistance of Kota> and staff is in charge of community in general/forums...etc
  • CodenameTim is in charge of the in-game development
  • Myself is in charge of the web/ucp development.
  • Ethanol

The management team combined discusses all major decisions regarding the server.
