INTRODUCTION

Ernesto Garcia was born on November 4th 1990 in Miami on 18th street in a family apartment. His father Rafael was
local businessman and his mother Adriana was a housewife. His family relationship wasn't the greatest since his father
wasn't home most of the time.

EARLY LIFE

Ernesto usually had good grades in elementary school, he was a good student but he got himself in too many fights and
most of his day at school he ended talking to school principal. He loved hanging out with his friends and he always had
his own small business ideas to make some extra cash in school. By the end of elementary school Ernesto calmed down and
he didn't cause many problems and fights in school.
In high school Ernesto already started doing small crimes like extorting people for money and selling drugs to his 
schoolmates. At the age of 17 Ernesto's biggest fear came true, he was caught with 2g of cocaine by local PD. Ernesto
was taken to the police station where his parents were called and informed. Ernesto expected to be bitched at by his
father, but his father seemed rather calm. When they returned home Ernesto's parents had a long argue that night.
Ernesto could hear bits of conversation in his room, but he couldn't work out what was going on. At one point in the
night his father came in the room asking Ernesto to promise him that he won't do anymore crimes until he finished
his high school. Ernesto's mother could be heard sobbing as Rafael didn't close the doors after him. This is one of the
nights Ernesto will remember for the rest of his life, Ernesto knew that father had something ready for him after the
high school he just didn't know what was it.

 

 

EARLY CRIME LIFE

Upon finishing high school Ernesto's mother wanted him to finish the college. He didn't really like studying, but his
mother managed to persuade him to do so. Ernesto signed up for "College of Engineering" in Miami.In the college Ernesto
continued to sell drugs and adderall to students. This time Ernesto was as twice as cautious about who is he selling to
since he had a really bad experience last time. Ernesto was making quite a lot of cash and reputation on college, he was
thinking that this fact was well hidden from his father, but that was not the case. One night Ernesto's father called 
Ernesto and told him to meet at local car junkyard. Ernesto got into his car and rushed to the junkyard, it was strange
for Ernesto that his father calls him like this since they barely talked to each other. When he arrived at the junkyard
his father was waiting for him with a smile on his face, Ernesto got pretty scared and nervous but he approached his
father. His father told him that he knew of all his sales and crimes. Ernesto smiled on that and told him that whoever
is telling him that he is lying. His father took some photos from his inner pocket and showed them to Ernesto, Ernesto
took a brief look at photos just to see that it's him selling the product to some people. In that moment Ernesto froze
on the spot and cold seat started pouring down his face. Rafael said that he has eyes everywhere, but that he is not mad
on his son and he is proud instead. Rafael told Ernesto that he wants him to start working for him and continue the family
business. Ernesto was still in shock and was unsure what to do next so he just gave him a slight nod and returned to his
apartment. Ernesto continued dealing drugs throughout his whole college life.

 

CRIME LIFE AFTER THE COLLEGE

Upon finishing College Ernesto started working with his father full time. Ernesto became the right hand of one of most
notorious cartels in Miami. Whoever wanted to sell the drugs on their territory they would have to pay the tribute to 
Rafael. Ernesto was slowly making name for himself, he started living the true American dream, his father was showing him
the ropes. One day local biker gang was late with their tribute to the cartel, Rafael thought that they were just late, and
that they will come the other day and decided not to give them couple more days. That night Rafael and Ernesto were in their
office when they heard the gunshots. Ernesto quickly opened the drawer and took the gun out of it as he rushed outside with
his father. When they came outside they saw a firefight between bikers and the cartel, Ernesto quickly ran to cover as he
would shoot back at the bikers. At one point he saw few molotovs flying towards the office as they would set the office
on fire, after few minutes of shootout they managed to fight off the bikers, Ernesto was looking for his father, just to see
his lifeless corpse laying on the ground. Ernesto realized that this is the fall of the whole cartel, he took few minutes to
say his last goodbye to his father. Ernesto received a phone call from his friend shortly afterwards saying that all the
local gangs joined together in hope to take down cartel and that all their businesses were attacked. Ernesto couldn't think
straight at this moment as he had only one thought on his mind, revenge. Ernesto rounded up all of the men that survived that
night and prepared a quick attack at the bikers clubhouse. They attacked the clubhouse together, Ernesto wanted the
president's head no matter the cost. He threw a few pipe bombs through the windows as he rushed inside with his men, killing
everything that moves. Ernesto bought a ticket back to Cuba for his mother and he rushed on a plane to LS. When Ernesto
landed in LS his welcoming party were FIB agents pointing guns at him. Ernesto dropped on his knees, and let the cops take
him in. Due to the insufficient evidence to prove all of his crimes. on October 13th 2014. Ernesto was sentenced to only
three years in prison.

 

PRISON LIFE

When Ernesto first arrived at prison, he tried to stay away from any crimes, unfortunately, that didn't work out. Soon
Ernesto started making some money and contraband through cell fights. Most common contraband he'd get was cigarettes, he
used to sell them to make some money. Soon in the courtyard he met Mercedes, he was selling contraband to her and she would
distribute it to the female part of the prison. Ernesto couldn't make much contraband with fights for them both to sell so
he needed another plan. Soon he was approached by a guard asking him if he was the son of Rafael Garcia, Ernesto responded
quite aggressively to that since he knew that people from Miami are probably after him. Guard told him that he owes Rafael
a favor and that he heard the bad news. He said that least he can do is take care of Ernesto. Ernesto took that guard in the
business and created a new loop. This time guard would be bringing the contraband from the outside and sell it to Ernesto and
Ernesto would then sell it to other prisoners and Mercedes. Mercedes and Ernesto got to know each other well and they created
a plan for business once they are out. Ernesto and Mercedes earned quite a reputation between other prisoners, both of their
sentences are ending on October 13th, What will Ernesto do once out of the Bolingbroke Penitentiary, will he manage to build the criminal empire again all
the way from the ground up, that remains to be seen.

Ernesto is usually easily angered, he loves to keep his friends close and is really sensitive about them, when angered or nervous he can't think straight and is ready to do some things he'd never do otherwise, he loves when his enemies are scared of him, usually before executing anyone will hold a small speech, he is born leader, loves respect and loyalty and knows how to respect people and will reward loyalty, will reward loyalty, hates betrayal, rats and cowards and in most cases he will do everything he can to get rid of them, speaks in Cuban accent and uses lots of slang words.
