Ozias Slater was born at Well Star Medical Center in Atlanta Georgia, on November 18, 1984, alone. Unsure of his parents identity all Ozias did know was he was heavily of Irish descent based off the minimal paperwork he had access to. Growing up in a orphanage in the south Atlanta lead to various difficulties in day to day life. With racism, robberies and homicides happening all around himself, Ozias eventually joined in such shenanigans after years of emotional distress. Starting with petty shopping lifting Slater soon climbed the crime ladder robbing the Nuns whom ran the orphanages jewelry. Although due to his extensive passed Ozias was caught forcing him to leave the orphanage at merely age fifteen.

 

Ozias went from friends home to friends home in the meantime, dropping out of public school by the time spring had come around. With no role models beside wealthy drug lords and no authoritarian figures beside law enforcement in his way, Slater continued on with his wave of crime. Ozias committed crimes usually whilst using and redistributing drugs like crack cocaine, cocaine and heroin. Distributing such drugs while living on the streets or at friends homes when possible made Ozias a relatively harsh guy, losing the greater good of himself like his politeness manners and more than anything his temper.

 

Although some time after Ozias turned eighteen years of age, he decided to join the United States Army. With his value to the Georgian streets deteriorating by every friend of his who died by gun violence of drug usage made him make his drastic yet unexpected decision. Ozias disappeared basically whilst in the military. Telling little to no one as to what he had been doing, while in the military Ozias took part in a variety of early combat missions throughout Afghanistan and Pakistan against primarily Taliban and Al Qaeda forces. Not after long, two tours passed and four years flew by. At the end of it all, Ozias took a step back. Although he found a great deal of purpose in the military- and growing an emotional bond to it. He began viewing it the same way he did hustling in Georgia. Deadly. So graciously and gratefully Ozias retreated to Bosoton, Massachusetts. Right outside of Boston, he began working for Raytheon, a primary defense contractor for the United States as an training instructor.

 

In 2008 Ozias was injured in a training session when a new instructor didn’t fasten his harness, ultimately leading him to fall seventeen feet and break his neck. After a surgery, Ozias became addicted to painkillers again, for the first time since his childhood he took a opiate. This ultimately lead to a downward spiral in his life. He began buying pills off the street when his prescription ran out and it eventually lead to his heroin usage. In 2009 Ozias gave up his addictions and spontaneous sold the most of his belongings to move to Los Santos one night when plane tickets were on sale.

 

 

Although he's currently listed on as a resident of Los Santos and works as an construction worker part time making approximately $22,400 after taxes. He has been staying in the same apartment number eight, since 2009.

 

Having no family background disables Ozias Slater greatly. Anxiety and night terrors plague himself, disabling him from working a regular working schedule. Instead many times he works one to two times a week from noon to five. Although he has quit using heroin, surgeries have caused him to get looped back into opiate usage often smoking a minimum of two percocet thirties a day, while popping xanax like tic tacs this causes extremely random rage in Ozias. Mix this with alcohol and you have your traditional babbling Irish American nodding off basically.

 

Depression has been haunting Ozias since. This causes Ozias to often miss events/gatherings he's been invited to(even weeks in advance), despite his inner circle being extremely small. Slaters friends often report to each other of his strange disappearances for weeks at a time. All Ozias has to say to them is he travels San Andreas or trolleys to Las Venturas for gambling even though he's spending more cash in brothels than anywhere else.

 

As Of 2018: Ozias Slater managed to purchase a ferry ticket to Las Venturas, with an excuse he was going to be gambling his Christmas and New Years away to friends. Although he had actually plotted out for over a year beforehand that he was going to murder Adrian Gawer. Who is Adrian Gawer some may ask? Adrian Gawer was the man who's irresponsibility caused Ozias's accident causing his neck to break. Ozias, once reaching Las Venturas got a train ticket which he paid with in cash to go to Massachusetts. Upon reaching Mass, Ozias, who had literally been stalking Adrians routine via social media eventually found his target. Ozias murdered Adrian using a shoplifted pair of dish washing gloves and pocket knife from 24/7 miles away from the kill. Ozias then proceeded onward to melt Adrian in an acid bath which was preset in a motel 6 room. After the flesh of Adrians body gave, Ozias, then proceeded to grind down his bones and put them in a cookie jar. 

 

Ozias who just got back to town on January 12, 2018. Then scattered Adrians bone marrow across San Andreas. Although... Ozias still holds onto the cookie jar to this day. Despite holding onto one last piece of technical evidence, Ozias had thoroughly cleaned the cookie jar removing any trace to himself.. Ozias will now continue on his road to redemption of sorts either climbing the crime ladder or ultimately kicking it out from anyone over himself. 

 

After eighteen months of saving, Ozias managed to put away $25,000 and build his credit whilst saving. This allowed him to get a mortgage on a home in Sandy Shores. After eighteen months of saving, Ozias managed to put away $25,00, and build his credit whilst saving. This allowed him to get a mortgage on a home in Sandy Shores. Although he has a small amount of belongings, its a start. The home was originally started as an 1976 trailer, although, previous owners added on building a wooden extension slightly larger, attached to the other left side.
