I was one of the first members of the ArmA1/2 & 3 unit, 15th MEU till it was horribly ran into the ground. Ran my own communities with friends. Haven't played in a long. One of the last SS's I took. Here's my perspective on a mission where I had to support ground forces destroy Russian backed Panthrean separatists. I flew a F-16C with six GBU-12 II's, two GBU-24A's, two AIM-120's, two AIM-9X's and a center lined fuel tank for more time on station. The ground team only wanted 1 GBU-24A, so I gave them one and it went boom. Heading back to the closest friendly airfield. In the distance you can see the smoke from the GBU-24A and the various objects blowing up(top left from the plane). It's also policy with these guys to jettison unused weapons in a safe location, hence no bombs or missiles. Spending tax payers dollars properly! Link to comment
