I. SYNOPSIS

  • Cártel de Tijuana has been known through the past decade or so to be an established drug cartel.  Entitled as "one of the biggest and most violent groups in Mexico" as part of an investigation made by Detective Daniel Wynfield.

The Drug Enforcement Administration has launched a report on this organization and its known collaborators in 2011 to review their activities coming from the borders of Mexico to the United States through different countries and state, primarily Canada and Puerto Rico. The routes have been monitored closely and many were captured but at a certain point, the group's activity at the borders has been minimized and almost non-existential, yet the results were still pushed within the country's grounds.

II. DETAILS

    A. OPERATION

  • It has been clear that this organization and its supporters and members go through a route from Mexico to set foot in the United States illegally to distribute illegal goods and narcotics to specific, unidentified groups.

Some examples of their illegal drug traffickings vary from cocaine to marijuana and other harder drugs depending on certain shipments and requests from their fiends.  Exchanges are done privately and traffickings usually are by boat or airplanes.  Strict supervision and guidelines are given to the employees at the ATC towers to monitor those vehicles operated and maintain their safety.

    B. FINANCES

  • The organization collects money from drug trafficking and is suspected to be a regular at human trafficking as well for a special fee and certain terms, however, we are not yet very sure of this assumption and are working on a report to identify this issue.

X. OUT OF CHARACTER

Interested? We have two methods of gaining interaction with this faction.  You may either start off by roleplaying a person with access and a green card/residency in the United States, or you may request to be taken to the US by our smugglers however that will cost your character a fee and not all applications are taken in as some may get 'skipped' through the process.  We may only roleplay such things if we believe that you may not be fit to join our faction due to certain behaviors you're known in the community for.

As for your character - we are leaving it all completely up to you.  You can roleplay a young man from Mexico with financial issues that want to come to the United States to fix their current state, or an old man with barely any time left but with some hope remaining for a better life through an illegal route.  It all comes down to your own imagination and creativity.

Please note that your characters should remain as realistic as possible - do not expect to come in dressed like a goth person with piercings and face tattoos.  Such things will not be tolerated in an in-character manner as they are likely to bring attention and therefore set the faction at risk of being involved in legal issues.

Nationality? Stuck at what you wanna choose?  Simple. If your character is of Mexican blood, then you are likely to get in as an official member easily as you will be trusted more between the faction members and will likely have an easy time in the faction. If you are not roleplaying Mexican, that is completely fine, but you are likely to have a harder time getting into the faction and only very rare cases manage to get through the stage of roleplaying non-Mexican because we try to keep the numbers at a minimum and as realistic as possible.

Application form:

 Topic: Firstname Lastname
Quote

- Character name:

- Character age:

- Why does your character wish to travel to the United States?

- NOTE: Doing this in no way gets you affiliated with Cartel de Tijuana.  By doing this, you are signing an agreement to be smuggled from Tijuana to the United States illegally through the borders with someone that specializes in human trafficking.  In order to do this, you need to provide a fee of $2,000 at the time of your arrival and must promise to work with the Cartel's legal branches to prove your worth.  Anything that you may do that will put a smuggler off will get you killed, this is the blood oath between you and the Cartel. Once you join the faction, you agree to a character kill if deemed fit by the leaders of the faction and that a character kill can be initiated by anyone given the order by the leaders of the faction in any way possible.
