*This thread will follow the story and progression of the character Victor 'Big Midget' Arroyo*
Early Midget
1994, Victor Arroyo is born somewhere in La Puerta in a middle class area to both a father and a mother. Not long after his birth though, Victor's father would abandon him and his mother, which would cause financial problems, leading them to move down into the Melanoma projects of south Vespucci to live with some family. Growing up, Victor was often picked on at school for his small height, which would cause him to not make many friends. So instead, he turned to his neighborhood, where he wasn't made fun of and where he knew everyone. Every day, Victor would pass by the local C-boys with the local C-girls, flaunting their cars and money. A tempting offer, Victor took it. By the time he went into middle school, Victor would be flying a red rag, a member of the Project Boys, Culver city clique. Victor would given the placaso 'Midget' *Later Big Midget* due to his small height. Now, Victor would wear this name with honor, letting everybody know who he was and where he was from.

Mid-time/prison Midget
Victor would become a respected member of his clique, being known for doing mainly B&E robberies. In 2015, Victor was approached by someone from outside the gang who he knew and from time to time did B&Es with. At first glance, it was just another house on the beach waiting to get robbed. Little did Victor know his stroke of luck would run out. A week after the robbery, Victor would get his door kicked down by LSPD and would be arrested on the charge of armed robbery and would be sentenced to ten years. Due to inmate overpopulation in most SA prisons, Victor would spend his term in the county jail system, being tossed around from one facility to another. Eventually, Victor would land at the Los Santos Twin Towers correctional facility, a known Mexican Mafia strong hold, sometimes referred to as their head quarters. It would be in this facility where Victor would gain the status of llavero or shot caller. Victor along with fellow llavero Leon 'Stomper' Ramirez, would use this to this status to their advantage, allowing them to control a large portion of the drug trade at the towers, kicking up their earnings to the hand.

Paroled/current Midget
Victor would eventually be paroled after serving five years of a ten year sentence. Upon his parole, Victor met up with Mexican Mafia heavy hitter, Gonzalo 'Joker' Garcia, where he would continue to put in work for the eme on the outside. Currently Victor is operating on the west side of Los Santos, with his gang on behalf of 'Joker' Garcia. He primarily keeps a low profile, keeping his circle tight and small.
