RennSportAMG
REGULATIONS UPDATE, READ CAREFULLY! Corner Cutting Cutting corners is highly prohibited, and will result in a time penalty of +5 seconds. Criteria for corner cutting is when a car gains time on the track by putting more than one (1) tire width off-track. It is allowed to put 1 tire width off the track. Penalty for corner cutting is +5sec to the finishing time or DQ. If a driver goes off-track in a manner that seemingly makes him/her loose time rather than gaining it, the off-track is not considered a cut. Practice Runs All drivers will get 1 non-time practice run before their race runs. Practice runs do not count towards the final time of the competitor. Practice runs will be sent off with 10 second intervals Race runs All drivers get a 1 race run to post their fastest time around the marked course. This time dictates the driver’s position in the final standings of the race, and ultimately the amount of points he collects towards the championship. All racing vehicles must be fitted with the following safety devices. A weld-in rollcage ((Visual not required, just an RP one.)) A full bucket racing seat with side & head protection. ((Visual not required, just an RP one.)) A fire extinguisher mounted to the passenger's side floor/a deployable fire bottle system. ((Visual not required, just an RP one.)) 6-point harnesses ((Visual not required, just an RP one.)) Master power switch both on the interior & exterior of the car. ((Visual not required, just an RP one.)) Clothing All drivers are required to wear fire proof suits & crash helmets. ((in-game racing suit & helmet)). Drivers must have their hands & feet covered completely. No bare skin shall be exposed. Failing to wear said gear will result in an exclusion from competition. IMPORTANT NOTICE! Only the FOLLOWING cars have balance of performance applied to them. All other cars can run maximum upgrade level. Sultan Classic Usage of Turbo Upgrade is prohibited. Usage of Gearbox Upgrade is prohibited. Elegy Retro Custom Usage of Gearbox Upgrade is prohibited. Arriving to the event Government limited our SEP time limit to 2.5 hours, which means that the FIRST CAR STARTS AT 16.00. This means that ALL drivers are REQUIRED to be on scene at the latest of 15.30! Dual-class racing prohibited Due to the same SEP related reasons, we have withdrawn the possibility of racing two classes in a day, as it greatly increases the class turn-around times.
