Cantafford Posted September 13, 2020 Share Posted September 13, 2020 Hello everyone, Yesterday I have donated for Gold donator status. The money was deducted from my account and I saw that screen which says 'Thank you for your donation', I have also apparently received the World Points but that's about it. I still did not get the donator status or the benefits that come with it. For example in game I still see Donator: None and 50 furniture slots. On UCP other than the world points I have nothing different than before. I checked my credit card and apparently the transaction did not come through yet(it is in pending which means it has to be accepted by the recipient). I was wondering if that is normal since I have donated more than 24 hours ago and still the transaction was not accepted/declined. Now I know that I will get a refund in case it does not get processed within 7 days so that's not the issue here I just wanted to know if it's normal to wait that much or should you get the donator status instantly after donating? Iovino Posted September 14, 2020 Share Posted September 14, 2020 The transactions usually process right away. I suggest sending a message to Nervous with tour issue, and he’ll investigate further. I had an issue with a forum namechange recently, and he was quick to get back to me. Link to comment

Cantafford Posted September 14, 2020 Author Share Posted September 14, 2020 Think I'm stupid and made a mistake. What I actually bought was 375 world points from here: https://ucp.gta.world/funds. I was confused because I saw the gold icon next to it and I thought I was buying the gold donator status but what you actually buy from here are only the world points which must be used to get the actual donator status from here: https://ucp.gta.world/funds/redeem.
