Street racing is not only exclusive to mall rats, believe it or not a lot of criminals ranging from gang bangers to organized crime individuals get involved with street racing because it's such a huge money maker. With 516 Racing (516 being the Los Santos area code) we hope to establish an underground community of people who bring out cars for night events and bet money on there cars. We don't want this to be a community in which people bring out exotic/luxury cars, we don't intend on racing in the mountains or deserts this a straight street scene.
