Don't really need this, just need to keep an eye out on chain robbers out there robbing people every 10 minutes after each hit.

If a new player comes to server and then sees this that he has to apply for every single thing, even being a robber. That's fairly trash, if you see someone breaking rules while doing some kind of, report them.

This suggestion is not needed at all, the current system is strict enough. A house-breakin needs admin permission anyways, why bother an application system and overload the administrators more than they currently are.

Not to be rude or anything, but this suggestion on purely non-needed matters.

Illegal roleplay is hindered so much right now on the server and if you make it so that even having to rob a house requires an application, albeit a short one, it will put people off, new players and old. Not a fan.

A restriction like this will only do more bad then good in my opinion. 

 

I think if someone portrays a good house robber, he gathers Intel on a house, he can make arrangements with an admin prior to your /breakin or any roleplay done requesting an admin to watch him roleplay the breakin and then do the breakin. If no admin is available tough luck. Just pretend the people were seen at home and you decided not to go. 

 

A solid negative NO, on this restriction. Don't see it improving the game play on the server.
