LIONHEAD Holdings will be working in collaboration with Sanetti Construction on the project, slated to begin in mid-August of 2020. LIONHEAD Holdings CEO, Alejandro Ramos had the following to say about the project: "Today is a great day for LIONHEAD Holdings. Typically, we focus on commercial and residential projects, however to be asked to collaborate with a great designer such as Vicente Lippi on remodeling a building that many consider an icon in Los Santos is a true honor. I have nothing but the utmost confidence in our Chief Design Officer, Leticia Ramos, and the rest of the LIONHEAD team as they begin working with Mr. Lippi on remodeling and upgrading the Rockford Dome."
