Manager: Job Description: Manage the Cajun Joe's restaurant in it's entirety and ensure good service for all customers. Coordinate the team and keep the restaurant running smoothly and efficiently. --- Primary Job Duties: Prepare a team of employees for each shift and open the restaurant. Coordinate the operation of the restaurant. Assign employees to certain jobs if needed. Advertise the restaurant while open. Assist employees with the execution of their duties. Ensure customers are satisfied with experience, receive and note down compliments, requests or complaints from customers. Ensure the restaurant and employees remain clean and hygienic. --- Requirements: Clean Criminal Record without felonies. High school Diploma. Experience in food service management. Able to advertise the restaurant on opening. Good with people. ----- Cook/Server: Job Description: Prepare food, or serve tables and provide a great experience for our customers. --- Primary Job Duties: Prepare consistent quality food up to the Cajun Joe's standard, before and during shifts. Serve tables with a friendly attitude. Maintain cleanliness of food prep area. Exceed customer expectations with food quality and service. --- Requirements: Good with people. Good work ethic.
