The Fuck Gun Control-9 is a WIP project. It also includes a custom rifled barrel, not something you can just print. The FGC-9 is just as much real gun parts as it is 3d-printed. Similarily the Plastikkov project is very hands on and requires more than just 12 hours in a 3d printer.
