Part of the reason why I really think we should ban underage roleplay. You're engaging in illegal shit that could land you on a list and ruin your life. And quite frankly, it could get the server in trouble too considering it's where it happens.

All depends on countries. 

Where I live, legal age is 16. Austria is 14. 

 

So do we go off the state of L.A laws?

Or do we go off our country laws separately? Or where the server is based?

 

What is underaged to you? 16? 18? 21? 25?

Every country is different. Understand this. We are not all playing in the same country...

If you RP a 14 year old in Austria having sex with... doesn't matter who, and that person lives in America, the dude has child porn on his PC. It doesn't matter that he's not the roleplayer playing the kid. He's participating in it.

Quite frankly roleplaying people under 18 should be banned.

I once had to strip search a minor. While a REAL LIFE Cop would be allowed to do this, me, an adult, writing about strip searching a 14 year old is pretty fucked and I don't want to take the risk.

How is this even a discussion? How is this even controversial? This is something that should be unanimous community wide. Sexually charged themes should not, in any capacity, be part of any child roleplay. It is my personal opinion that child roleplay shouldn’t even be a thing. I base this opinion on the fact that outside of gangbangers and a few exceptions it’s never properly roleplayed and almost always involves sexual roleplay.

 

This isn’t [insert country here], this is GTA W. I feel that management is perfectly capable of deciding what they wish to permit on the server. This shouldn’t be an argument of legality or pedophilia, sexual child roleplay is repulsive and a degeneration of our morals as a community. If your appeal to roleplay a child is sexual in nature, I am genuinely concerned about your participation. I’m surprised management hasn’t doubled down on their stance and allowed this to go on for so long.

I assumed the OOC permission is needed so you don't make up stuff that didn't happen, but with an actual video that wouldn't be the case.
