Reason for sale is that it's no longer required. Bought as new for $370,000. Selling price set at $300,000. The boat exterior itself, in pristine condition. Entrance to the cabin, again in pristine condition. To the right of this picture is the on-board bathroom, including toilet and a walk in shower.
