Tenant Information for inhabitants of apartments-for-rent

Short description: Information for tenants to see who else is renting.

Detailed description: Simple idea, well:

 With the amount of available affordable low-class and middle-class properties shrinking, more and more of them being bought up and set on rent, I believe it'd be quite useful if people could see who is already renting a place BEFORE they rent it.

And if the 'Who' is too much meta, perhaps just giving an amount of already present inhabitants might be a good idea... 

Additionally, it should be possible for ALL tenants to see who owns the property they are renting.

Commands to add: Make /tenants available for renters or add /tenantinfo

Items to add: N/A

How would your suggestion improve the server? Reducing awkard moments of random people barging in because they rent the same place as you?

This. Renting properties as a process should be completely roleplayed as well.

Yeah but it would be more difficult for newer players to find rentable places by preventing you guys from seeing them.
Gray area I know, but this is something @Bombie or @Thirteen might be able to elaborate on more.
Maybe its a suggestion that can be forwarded? There could also be a reason as to why it's not an ability.

We in Property Management along with the developers and Server Management are already working on a different system which will deem this suggestion pointless.
