Oscar "Ghost" Gutierrez was a 16-year-old teenager who lived on Amarillo Vista with his uncle, growing up in the area of El Burro Heights, this stunted his ability to live a ‘normal’ life, he grew up wearing his family’s handy downs, he ate by his uncle getting food stamps, when Oscar finally hit high school is when it all changed.
Hanging out late after school, smoking dope, partying, kicking it with the wrong crowd, this became routine for Oscar.

Soon after Oscar started hanging  around the wrong crowd at school, his habits followed him back home, starting to kick it with the homies in the hood, late nights when almost nobody up to any good was outside, hitting licks, selling drugs. After all Oscar was down bad, and with his uncle pushing the upcoming rent down his throat almost every minute, picking up drugs to slang didn’t seem like such a bad idea.

Up until he was kicked out for getting arrested multiple times, Oscar then started jumping from trap house, to a friend house, using and manipulating females around his age group into liking him just so he can crash at their place.

Oscar felt betrayed, his father was locked up for a 2nd degree murder charge, his uncle had to take the role of a father, also someone who Oscar looked up to as a father figure for most of his life, kicked him out the house, upon being released, Oscar begged his uncle to let him back into the house, and he did, but not for long.

Oscar went to class often, but would always get sent home, or suspended, a very troubled youth, growing up in East Los Santos, Oscar has seen his fair share of violence, and the hardships of poverty. classes. He makes a living by selling drugs, and robbing teens around his age group, as well as doing all kinds of petty crimes.

After Oscar was arrested for a third time, his uncle had found that he was causing too much trouble, a week after his release from a youth facility, his uncle decided it was best to kick him out, and for good. Oscar never spoke to his uncle ever again after these series of unfortunate events.

When Oscar got home, he found himself locked out, and his belongings in a garbage bag outside the front door. From here on out, is when Oscar stopped caring about connecting with his family, he'd rather kick it on the block with the homies, slang dope, and get high.

Eventually after a while of putting in enough work in the varrio, he was put on as "Ghost" due to his very pale skin. Now, eighteen years of age, he makes a living off of pimping, slanging dope, and selling pints of codeine, he's a product of his own environment.

Oscar regualarly abuses prescription drugs to cope with the loss of fellow friends, and Julio Rivera, a latino man from Bridge Street he accidentally shot and killed, alongside a fellow member of the Hillside Trece who is now deceased, Hector "Rocky" Azizian.
