Personal Assistant Job Description: We are looking for talented individuals to fill the position of a Personal Assistant of our Clinic Director. Your responsibilities are to prepare daily schedules, including meetings, patient appointments, breaks and commitments. The PA also answers incoming calls and returns phone and text messages as well as mails in a timely and efficient manner. If needed, you will also be required to take and record meeting notes, complete further personal tasks, such as making reservations in the name of the Director. There is no need to organize event as that is being taken care of by certain staff members already. Position Requirements: → High School Diploma → Experience in a secretarial or administrative position → Great communication and writing skills → You must be well spoken and organized, ability to multitask is essential as well as excellent computer skills and being a calm, professional and active person How can I apply?
