Use client sided mods like LionBody and MaleMP body replacements to create your 'fantasies'... Use /attributes and role play.

Also, not to mention that it's entirely impossible since the male and female body types are the same IDs for everyone... If you change one male's body, another male's body changes to the same state accordingly, unless the server somehow manages to create different body types by adding new male body IDs.
