[LSNN] Department of Justice submits a Gang Injunction over Dead End Harpys after immense violence

The Department of Justice today, on the April 26th has requested the Superior Court to issue a Gang Injunction against the Dead End Harpys XIII (Harpy's 13 hereinafter) after the extreme amount of violence around South Los Santos. The complaint goes on to detail that a Harpy's 13 member murdered an officer, and multiple other attempted murders at the hands of Harpy 13's related members. The Department of Justice is using the STEP Act, Section Four, to help enforce the order. 

  

This is the first ever Gang Injunction request by the Department of Justice and the restrictions based in the request are fairly extreme, and aim to limit Harpy 13's activities heavily, along with this, it grants Law Enforcement additional powers, also the powers to detain and arrest Harpy 13 members if they're found to be violating the Gang Injunction.

Should any Gang Members violate the Gang Injunction, Law Enforcement is allowed to arrest the parties for Contempt of Court, and Obstruction of Public Duty which are Misdemeanors and Felony charges, respectively. The order is said to be in place for one month, ending on the 26th of May.
