Service Staff: Service Officer + Job Description: We are looking for a Service Officer with superior communication skills and a great work ethic to join our team. As the Service Officer, you will work directly with patients to meet their needs, answer their questions and provide support. You must also be a keen note-taker who is adaptable and optimistic. Duties and Responsibilities: - answer patients' questions - direct them to the right section - fill in patient records and keep them up to date - arrange appointments for the patients with Doctors or Psychologists Position Requirements: - High School diploma - Basic knowledge of office equipment - Good knowledge of the English language How can I apply?
