Decal on/off

Short description: Create a togglable command for the 'decal' option on clothing.

Detailed description: Just like with clothing and hair, create a command that takes off/puts on the decal on someones outfit. There are a lot of external accessories that can now be applied to a players outfit through the decal section. Bags, masks, aprons, etc. So a command that can set that outfits decal figure to 0 and return it to the saved figure just like hats and glasses, etc, would be a nice thing to have. 

Commands to add: /decal on - /decal off // Or just /decal as a simple toggle command.

How would your suggestion improve the server? Quality of life improvement

There is already a command to do this. I believe it is /decals [on/off] not /decal.

As stated previously, feature already exists in-game. L&A.
