CoastalChain67
to answer some questions: its not rageMP only, its gta 5 generally, offline story mode/rageMP/fiveM ive tried lowest settings, ultra settings. idk which settings are the best for my game to work normally. the game works the same in both low and ultra settings. my game doesnt stutter/lag in any other game like pubg or rdr2, or any other game. Sebz
Are you running the game from an HDD or an SSD? Also it could be a ram utilization issue. Even if it's not, I'd recommend picking up 8gb more. Link to comment
alexandruc2
I think there's a bottleneck between your gpu and cpu Link to comment
TrickyShot
Turn VSYNC ON, that solved all FPS issues for me. Link to comment

It could be lagging behind as far as rendering in the loads of assets GTA V has. I can say without a doubt that when I purchased a new HDD (Mine was old at the time) my performance on several games increased. Even since then, I've purchased a solid state drive and had had no stuttering issues in any games, other than perhaps micro stutters which are hardly noticeable. Link to comment
