Novanard Posted March 24, 2020 Author Share Posted March 24, 2020 (edited) The fix: -Open your documents then Rockstar Games , GTA V , select to edit the settings.xml ( with note pad or notepad++) , locate <DX_Version value="2"/> and change with 2 with a 0 <DX_Version value="0" />. Went from 40-60 to 120-140 on Ultra That's not much of a solution sadly, DX 10 looks like crap. The game without MSAA is incredibly aliased. The truth here is that if I can run 90+ FPS maxed out but on GTAW I fail to hit 60 on Forum Drive the issue is with the mods or Rage. The game genuinely looks better on DX11 Medium + MSAA x2 than it does on Ultra without MSAA. Look how jagged distant textures look. Edited April 5, 2020 by pateuvasiliu Link to comment
