The Rockford Administration is satisfied to announce all affairs pertaining to the charity event that took place on Leap Day have officially been handled. Organized and held by Tabitha Grace of the City, guests were treated to an unforgettable night of fun and charity at the Del Perro Yacht. The aim of the night was to raise funds for two "mobile clinics" operated by Vinewood Medical Clinic and Hope Health Center and to bring exposure to the cause. Allowing any clinic mobile agency to render easily accessible and free healthcare to impoverished citizens of Los Santos is unprecedented, and the Rockford administration is very pleased to have spearheaded change in the operation of private health clinics.

In the week leading up to the night of charity, the Rockford Administration allowed people to make monetary contributions towards the cause preemptively. The total amount of money raised subsequent to the event was $140,346. As the Night of Charity officially commenced, people embarked on the Del Perro Yacht bearing good spirit and faith behind the cause. The official amount of money raised during the event was $300,000. In total, this nonprofit cause received $440,346 in donations.

Not only were people charitable monetarily, but many also gathered to bolster the cause with other exceptional contributions. Centurion Property Group liaised with the owner of the Del Perro Yacht to facilitate the use of the site as an event venue and covered the yacht's rental fees for the night. GWC and Golfing Society offered free transportation from the La Puerta Del Sol Marina to the yacht. Boat transportation was also conducted by many private people free of charge.

Vinewood Medical Clinic and Hope Health Center have received two vehicles to utilize as mobile clinics. Vinewood Medical Clinic and Hope Health Center have also received an even split of the surplus money to the tune of $140,000. The Department of Public Social Services is excited and looks forward to working with both parties respectively in carrying out the innovative medium of healthcare.
