LSNN
Your right to know FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE Cross Capital LLC and Los Santos News Network board of directors has chaired a meeting today at 3:00 PM to conclude a extensive round of negotiations within the future of Los Santos News Network. For a while LSNN has been looking for a long term financial partner and today, we're extremely pleased to announce we're joining the Cross Capital family. We know this may bring some concerns, but we're ready to calm the nerves and tell you what'll happen for the future, and what this means for you, our readers. What changes There is no major changes planned that will effect or disrupt our editorial content, Los Santos News will remain and will always remain independent in our reporting, we won't be beholden to shareholders or investor requests or demands, period. Ashley Cross from Cross Capital will join the Board of Directors and will give guidance with the long term sustainability and financial safety of our organisation. What's next As of now, Ashley Cross will be on the board of directors and will be the majority owner of LSNN at 75% of the controlling vote in key subjects and discussions, and that Cross Capital will now be able to handle most financing and security level assistance for LSNN as we slowly grow. Why? Why is a big question and it's an important one, why 'sell out' to a Capital firm? Well, it's simple, in order for LSNN to grow, expand and ultimately improve, we need financial resources, and we'll be honest with you, it's really expensive to run a news org, even for a small one. And we've been having discussions with partners from around the City, and ultimately, Cross Capital was the right option for us, they believe in free and honest news, transparency and holding people accountable for their actions. We have always said, we'll never bow down to investors or shareholder demands, and we'll happily stand by that. Future Los Santos News Network, or as everyone knows it, LSNN will remain the same in content, delivering honest, hard hitting stories and delivering on up to date news and media content, we'll continue to work alongside our LSPD and LSFD associates to bring outstanding news to the mainstream with no paywalls, no-one should have to pay for media in 2020.
