Discord Server - Doing it the proper way

Hello,

 

I am looking to create a Discord Server for a new club / business we are looking to open. I wanted, before end, to get it approved by staff to make sure whatever I wanted to do was following the guidelines.

 

The goal of this server would be to organize the hierarchy, as we want to have a structured organisation, to post open hours and such. I know some businesses have been using this method. 

 

Being unsure of what is possible, I wanted to know what we could or not do within a discord server.

 

This discord server would be RPed as an application that every employees would have to install inside their phones.

 

I am looking forward to receive instructions towards the creation of this server.
