This is a huge + yes. This needs to be looked into. One does not simply kill their accuser and get away with all charges or court cases being applied to them.

If a person dies amid a court proceeding and loses that case, the money should be withdrawn from their estate as it would happen this way irl. I don't see a need for a specific rule change, but rather for a way money is taken following a loss in court.
