arrdef Posted April 15, 2020 Share Posted April 15, 2020 (edited) Real life setups allow for alarms to be triggered by the user falling or rapidly decelerating, or even not moving for X period. You wear them on your vest or belt. They're a huge thing in private security, have been for a long time, although they don't always come with localisation.
