Javier is the brother of Edwin "Lil Evil" Garcia who passed away after getting shot in a drive-by by a rival gang. Javier goes to East Rancho School, he tends to hang out with his gang-affiliated friends. He and his best friend Eduardo hangs out with the older affiliates of the Northside Dog Town Gangsters gang.
