Using lore buildings for non lore activities

I see what you're saying but I don't think it matters all that much.

 

I myself owned San An Diner, and sold it on. The original buyer kept it in the same location 'The actual San An Diner' location near FD HQ. But it has since moved to Vinewood? I think it is, not too far from Last Train, which doesn't make much sense to me. 

But it is what it is. I don't think it matters TOO much.
