Smoking is one huge reason why young and beautiful becomes dried up. Literally no benefits if you do it by choice. I know most smokers don't choose to, however.

 

I recently quit. Four years, 1 - 1 and half packs a day, every day. The equivalent of $37,000 spent on smokes, didn't do anything good for me. Recently quit, 2 months ago, never felt better!
