is it not possible to add like the menu you get in online? with the box square? It's rather hard to guess what numbers are which parents and what number is which value in the box one in GTA online.

Blend order (1/2) doesn't matter; it's just preference. What makes the difference is the numbers. You're also able to use two* dads or moms if you want but if you're leaning heavily toward one parent anyways it won't make much of a difference. 

When I do female peds I do blend 1 with the mother. With male ones, I do 1 as the father. It's just a faster way to see the face without having to play with numbers as much.

I'd use 21 and 27 as base, and use Squit = 100 <= this will make the eyes asian.

Also try to make small/narrow nose
