Perhaps the County Jail is testing the water — so to speak — for prison RP before work on the DOC is considered viable. A faction for forensics RP? Los Santos County Department of the Coroner? Both of those would be very niche roleplay as they would require specialized knowledge of forensics and forensic pathology for coroners. I suppose a coroner faction could be kept informal with the assistance of the script (for instance, an automated emote connected with the damage indicator could relay: “wound(s): 1 entry through left shoulder with 0 exit wounds,” as opposed to something formal expressing the same thing: “1 entry at the left clavicle with perforated subclavian artery.”) The script would record the damage and relay it to the examining coroner automatically, that way the victim isn’t required to have specialized knowledge of anatomy. Based on Nervous specifying that criminals have been looking forward to the new faction, it’s probably not forensics. Department of Corrections was first in development but LSSD replaced it. Lots of people were looking forward to a prison and a faction running it, now they are stuffed in 4 of the cells in a local police station for the most serious crimes.
