onefortyseven Posted November 1, 2019 Author Share Posted November 1, 2019 So I've tried the following so far: Turning off the windows indexer MSAA was turned off by default I've removed all the unneeded files from the desktop I've no more than 1-2 tabs open on Google. Nothing helps, game still stutters like mad when I open the chat-box. Link to comment
dumbfoundead Posted November 9, 2019 Share Posted November 9, 2019 I had this same issue before with GTA and though it's subtle it gets very annoying sometimes, what worked for ME was changing the mouse settings on GTA to a Raw Input, I don't really have an explanation to back it up but It just worked for me and I hope it does for you too! I have a gaming laptot and it works perfectly in SP and GTA Online. I don't know what to do, tried everything. Drivers, configs, Nvidia panel... Everything. Link to comment

Some people told me that it could be related with GTAW chat. Link to comment

Could be due to degradation of your current hardware now making it stutter, could be load on your PC. Link to comment
