To counteract this SSG offers a quick, emergency response reaction team in order to help assist our clients and ensure the security they need. Organisation & Structure SSG offers a unique, decentralized structure in which the company is organized into a board of inspectors, headed by a Director. Each inspector is in charge of their own team, contractors training and assigned to work and support with specific businesses so that an appropriate work ethic and special relationship can be established with our clients to best certify their needs. To mitigate cronyism within the organization, inspectors from different teams will run bi-monthly tests to ensure our contractors are up to a high level of standard that we aim to promote throughout the company.
