Why are PD not applying for CK's on serious crimes/criminals?

One example that happened a few days ago was Jordan Crowell, a whole swat team was out on finding him and once they did, they tried to apprehend him. He shot back tho and a whole squad fired on him, causing him to die. Admin basically said "Yeah, you'll have to CK" and well, JC doesn't play GTA:W anymore...

Then he either should have taken the 60+ hours he was facing or, yknow, don't do the crime if you can't do the time ?‍♂️

I remember being told by a detective that there is a process in place to CK a criminal via a life sentence but it’s incredibky tedious and so has never really been done before. That being said, there are plenty of characters out there that have the potential to be charged for multiple murders and that’s what? 25 days minimum sentence per charge? Having multiple of these charges set on you at once is pretty close to a CK.

I'm going to lock this discussion. The new DA system and how things operate will be a big change in things on this. This may include CKs in the future and something people shouldn't stress about. Faction Management has handled situations like these before, and have been applied for in the past. We takes these situations very seriously, as we're pushing closer and closer to realism.
