When someone dies here, he gets CK'ed or sent to hospital and how the CK appeals work?

If you die, you will just be respawned and it's considered to be a PK, which implies that your character will forget all about the events that lead to his death. CKs can happen if the faction you give CK permissions decide to kill your character, or if a player makes an application to CK your character through the server staff. The CK appeals thread is for those that are CKd and feel that the CK reasoning was poor or not justified, the thread will give them the chance to speak their mind so the admins can review it and decide if the CK will be valid or not.

Do note you can't appeal a CK that is the result of your own hand (self-CK) as well as CKs enforced by your faction.

Yeah, CK appeals are only for a CK made through the CK application system. I believe that force CKs from PD also falls under the no appeal thingy.

The only time you can appeal a CK is if there were rules broken during the process.
