Who we are: 

 

Turquoise Cleaning Solutions provides superior cleaning services to the local area. Our clients know and trust us for our professionalism and also our thorough cleaning. We specialize in home cleaning along with business cleaning. 

 

We are hiring the following positions: 

 

1. Cleaning Manager 

 

Tasks:

Manage cleaning teams, negotiates contracts with clients,  utilizes advertisement platforms((/cad)), hire new cleaners, perform on-site management of cleaning teams, review invoices and pursue collection of overdue balances. 

 

Education Requirement:

Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or Business is highly preferred. I will also consider hands-on janitorial management experience in lieu of a degree. 

 

2. Cleaning Professional

 

Tasks:

The hired person will work closely with the Cleaning Manager to clean homes and businesses that we have a contract with. You will be expected to work independently, usually home cleaning assignments, or work as a team, usually business cleaning assignments. Must know how to properly use cleaning equipment such as mops, brooms, vacuums, and more.  Professionalism is expected at all times when cleaning at the clients' place.  In addition, you must have a valid driver's license and car with a suitable trunk to load cleaning supplies for transport.

 

Education Requirement:

High School Diploma or GED(General Education Development) Diploma is expected.
