RLB (Roy Lowenstein Blvd) is a community that aims to portray the poverty aspects surrounding a poor neighbourhood that others often misrepresent. This means your character may not have enough possessions, income or basic needs for them to continue in life without turning to crime & menial jobs like cleaning, extermination, handyman jobs & so forth. These needs can be but not limited to;

 

Food

Clothing

Shelter

Basic amenities

Lack of family/friends

Lack of education

 

 

Roy Lowenstein is primarily a Latino neighborhood with about 90.3% of residents identifying as Latino. It is one of the least racially diverse neighborhoods in Los Santos. There is a considerable youth population based on the amount of housing & latino culture, resulting in a much larger population compared with the city and county in general. The percentage or residents aged 10 or younger was among the county's highest. 

Growing up in the neighbourhood of Roy Lowenstein has always been exceptionally hard. With the lack of business & government funding, the street has declined drastically. Being swarmed by Hispanic Families the area has declined to a "poverty stricken" neighbourhood. 

 

 

 

 

((This is not a Faction, should a Faction develop from the community, then we will follow the procedure to apply for FM Approval. For now, the group is a rabble of teenagers struggling with education, money, threat of gang violence & so forth, turning to crime/jobs & other means to gain cash/items/drugs to get by day to day. This thread will document their struggles and so on.

 

All IC events will dictate where this community lies, there is nothing pre-determined here.))
