Quan Xiong and Minh Xiong's second child. Keith's parents divorced as soon as he turned 4 years old, due to his father ending up becoming an alcoholic and abusing his mother along with Keith. Keith and his mother along with his older sister "Emily Xiong" moved to Los Santos, to Davis as soon as Emily got accepted in a university down at Vespucci. A few weeks after Keith's family settled in Los Santos, Keith ended up in Grove, he met a few locals and gang members who were affiliated with the Ghetto Boyz 27, he got to know some of the gang members but mainly the locals around the area and built a strong relationship with residents around Grove Street, as the relationship started to grow, Keith started to post up and kick it in with the locals around Grove.
