Business Rank Names

The new business update seems brilliant but I've been informed there's no way to set rank names.

 

Not entirely sure if this would be a UCP feature like it is with faction or if it would be an in-game suggestion.

 

Is there anyway to get this implemented at all.

 

I know it may seem like a minor thing, but would be a nice addition.
