EXE crash

So, I load up RAGE MP. Try to join a server. As soon as it brings me to load in images my exe crashes. Error exe. crash. Although if I load into singleplayer or online, my game works fine. Any ideas? I already verify integrity on my steam gta v exe.

To add on to this. If I uninstall rage, and re-install the program it works accordingly. The moment I leave the server and try to re-join. It follows with an gtaV.exe crash.

What crash is it exactly? Does it just stop responding? If so, have you got any mods etc installed for singleplayer?

Is it the crash where it gives you the option to launch the game in safe mode, retry or cancel?

Well it's supposed to happen as Rage almost never closes properly and gives you the crash so on the next launch it will pop that window up. You need just need to close it via 'X' and relaunch. 

 

Yet I've seen it being an occurance that doesn't disappear after anything, is it your case?

Well, I got it to work somehow. I honestly have no idea how it fixed it self. A couple of things I took advantage of was turning off steam overlay b/c my game is bought off steam. I also tried verifying the game. Downloaded the required redistributables. Uninstalled and re-installed rage multiplayer to make sure it updated/ or installed accordingly. I also ran troubleshoot compatibility on Rage MP.
