If anyone else is having the same problem, go to your router control panel and make an exception for gtaw port. I can't open my control panel, so a friend uploads me the resources and I install them manually. @joshmd@Toplak it seemed to fix itself. i opened up gta 5 in story mode then quit, and deleted my client resources folder and magically it worked. i tagged toplak in my solution on discord so i hope he got it fixed too Link to comment
