Shotta Posted July 4, 2019 Share Posted July 4, 2019 (edited) Brief summary of Anthony Mills OG Loc Anthony "C-Milly" Mills, late thirties, a known and prominent member within the Chamberlain Mafia Crips and throughout the neighborhood. C-Mills is known for violent actions such as murder, and robbery although he has always had little motives to dealing drugs himself. C-Mills is on his second strike after serving two bids in Los Santos' Correctional Facility, a 3 year prison sentence and a 10 year bid. Anthony is a heavy drinker and completely bald. Anthony Mills has been banging Chamberlain Mafia Crips since the mid 80's and his affiliations are obvious. He is covered in CRIP and Mafia Crip tattoos related to Chamberlain Mafia Crips, as well as murder related tattoos such as tear drops. He wears his tattoos with pride although as he ages, he often expresses his regret towards the youth, warning them to refrain from getting face tattoos. He is seen as a goofy, laid back individual rather than the vicious, money fiending criminal he really is. 6'2" is his height, being of average weight of that height. There was once a time when the streets of South Los Santos were peaceful, that's a time Anthony Mills has never witnessed. With the influence of neighboring street gangs, especially Crip related culture such as 44 Mafia Crips, Anthony was easily overwhelmed and brought into the life of a criminal since a young age. This is not because he found it intriguing or wanted to follow in foot steps, no, he did it because he had to. Survival was all that was on his mind. The life of a criminal brought Anthony the money to purchase food and take care of not only himself, but his family. It brought along women, drugs, parties, respect and a lifestyle millions today revere. His father, a 44 Mafia Crips member since the '70's, was a deadbeat. He could often be seen outside by Anthony though they rarely spoke, considering Anthony's father did not want to accept the responsibility of having offspring. Being the only man in a household, two bedroom apartment of four including himself and three other female relatives (mother, two sisters) can play a huge role in a male's life. Anthony has always had a softer side for women, treating them with respect and forbidding physical actions being made on women in his presence. This did not stop him from committing felonies, however. Anthony was born in Los Santos in July of 1980, raised on Forum Drive in Chamberlain Hills, Los Santos. Before becoming an affiliated member of the Forum Drive Hustlers turned Chamberlain Mafia Crips, he was seen as a poor "scrub"(someone who is not good at something). He would wear the same t-shirts and pants for days straight, only having a few pieces of clothing in his collections for year, majority of them dingy and worn. New pairs of shoes were never anything Anthony experienced as a youth except for once when he was gifting a pair of British Knights from Payless by his grandmother on Christmas day. He was ecstatic, but little did he know a simple pair of tennis shoes would bring him a world of trouble. Los Santos Middle School, 1991. School began back in January after Christmas break and Anthony was still the same kid with the same reputation. On his first day of sixth grade, he wore his fresh pair of BK tennis shoes but soon in the midst of the school day, he was approached by a gang of youth from the south side who affiliated with blood gangs. British Knight shoes were considered a sign as disrespect as the BK symbols were often expressed as "Blood Killer." Anthony's actions landed him permanent enemies and a quick ass beating which would have went on for years had he not become the man he is today. Months in, after being terrorized by young blood affiliates and forced to dispose of his grandmother's present, Anthony was becoming to afraid to even go to school and often expressed this to others in his neighborhood. Members of the Forum Drive Hustlers felt his pity and hooked him up with younger kids in the neighborhood, those kids willing to do anything for an easy $10 at the time. That's when Forum Drive Hustlers became expanded into educational systems, when it was formed and introduced to Los Santos Middle School back in '91.
